Terms Of Service

By signing up and actively using the egold click™ program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. egold click™ may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. It is the members responsibility to be aware of changes to this agreement at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the egold click™ program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. egold click™ reserves the right to cancel any members accounts, at any given time, for any reason at all. Any terminated account will result in the loss of all earnings.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. Payments will only be sent to members who are at least eighteen years of age. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing egold click™ account. More than one instance of the egold click™ Browsers may not be opened at any time. This may result in suspension or termination of your account due to excessive use. Accounts may be removed or suspended after three automatic warnings from the system. Certain browsers may automatically produce duplicate windows, please disable this function before using egold click™ as you will be held responsible for any errors caused by your own software.

You will use your username and password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your egold click™ account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by egold click™ be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any use of the support, help, or contact forms to threaten, defame, harass, or intimidate egold click™, it's staff, or any related parties will result in account termination. Any comments posted, written, or otherwise by a member or related party which are in anyway defamatory against egold click™, it's staff, or any related parties on any part of egold click™ or any unrelated website, message boards, forums, or listings will result in account termination of any responsible member or related parties. Any revelation of personal information of egold click™, it's staff or related parties will result in account termination. Any members referred by a cheating, hacking, or illegal site, posting, or advertisement may have their accounts suspended or ultimately terminated. The use or solicitation of any 3rd party software to emulate the use or action, or result of the egold click™ browser is prohibited and will result in a terminated account. Members will be notified by email when egold click™ is no longer in the beta phase of the program. Any credit or commission earned previous to that time may be withheld or not considered as payable income decided on at egold click™'s own discretion. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with egold click™. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from egold click™, partnering, sponsoring, or any associated websites.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from egold click™, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full. Any member sending us falsified emails will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and egold click™ are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and egold click™. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of egold click™. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
egold click™ will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or egold click™ program, even if egold click™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, egold click™ aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Privacy Policy:
egold click™ may disclose any personally identifiable registration information or other collected information to third parties as covered in our privacy policy.

Payments:
Members may earn by referring new members to the egold click™ program. Active members will earn $5 monthly + 1$ monthly per every active referral. Members will be paid via AlertPay. egold click™ will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by egold click™, currently $50. Once the member has reached payout their account will be reviewed during the next payment period to be considered eligible to receive payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. Payments may be withheld by egold click™ for any given reason for any period of time. Payment periods end on the last day of every month.

Spam:
You may not promote your domains or affiliate links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with egold click™ and may result in legal prosecution. egold click™ strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. egold click™ may charge up to $25 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. egold click™ will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
